say|||0|||Hi there mark
or
say|||0~#~Hi there mark

are both vaild now

e1e40b161c New settings for the @home system: 
AtHomeSimOnly - Should the @home system only care if the sim is correct (True|False)
AtHomeSimPosMaxRange - if (False) How far away can the bot get before it teleports (in M example: 10.0)

Also renames a config value to be less tash.
