New settings for the @home system:
...
AtHomeSimOnly - Should the @home system only care if the sim is correct (True|False)
AtHomeSimPosMaxRange - if (False) How far away can the bot get before it teleports (in M example: 10.0)
Also renames a config value to be less tash.
