Madpeter 7a04f2c520 Refactor TriggerEvent logic and improve debug output 
Refactored the TriggerEvent method for clarity and modularity by extracting debug logging, event value building, rule evaluation, and action triggering into separate helper methods. Improved debug output and streamlined event and rule checks for better maintainability and readability.
