Add async inventory operations with smart replies

Introduces asynchronous versions of rez, send, and transfer inventory commands with smart reply support, returning request UUIDs and JSON status objects. Adds the InventoryAsyncReply class for structured replies and updates command attributes for clarity. Enhances error handling and reply mechanisms for improved integration with external systems.
